We help you manage your music collection so your curators can focus on creating interesting and unique programming.

What We Do

We work with your staff and volunteers to help you create and manage your digital library.  This includes figuring out the best way to digitize your existing collection, choosing a music management and playback system, and figuring out the best way to make use of that collection once it has been created.

We also develop software.  Record Bins is our music management system.  While we like it, it may not be for everyone, and we are more than happy to work with the system that makes sense for you.  We also have open source software that you can use to help you in your content digitization workflows.

See our Projects page to get an idea of what we are working on, as well as check out our series on the trials and tribulations of digitizing a large CD library.

Record Bins is Craig Huizenga.  Craig has over twenty years of experience working on the behind the scenes technology that keeps the music playing, be it in your local Starbucks, or over the air at your community radio station.
